Dr Louise Fuller is a Consultant Dermatologist in both adult and paediatric dermatology. Her medical training was at University College London, where she was awarded a first in her intercalated BSc in Physiology and Pharmacology and graduated in the top 10% of her year. She works in the NHS at The Homerton Hospital, where she is Educational and Network Lead for Dermatology.
She treats adult patients with a wide range of dermatological conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne vulgaris, hidradenitis suppurativa, genital dermatoses, mole checks and skin cancer, and is also happy to see children with skin rashes or birthmarks.

Dr Fuller has a keen interest in medical dermatology, particularly in patients with severe inflammatory skin disease, and is determined to make a difference to those affected. Her past research interests include innovative methods to manage severe atopic dermatitis, and she continues to work to improve the quality of life of these patients.
Throughout her career she has had a strong interest in teaching and medical education. She is Educational Lead at The Homerton University Hospital, responsible for dermatology training for registrars, GPs and medical students rotating through the department, and is also dermatology Network Lead for the Homerton, working to optimise and streamline care for patients in North East London.

Dr Fuller diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin conditions in adults and children, including:
General and inflammatory dermatology: eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne vulgaris, hidradenitis suppurativa, genital dermatoses, and severe inflammatory skin disease.
Skin cancer and moles: mole checks, skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, skin biopsies and skin cancer surgery.
Procedures: cryotherapy, surgical removal of lesions, curettage and cautery, removal of benign lesions, and steroid injections for hair loss and keloid scars.
Paediatric dermatology: skin rashes and birthmarks in children.

Dr Fuller completed her training in London and Essex, rotating through Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Barts Health NHS Trust, The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust, and Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Trust.
She regularly attends conferences to keep up to date, both in the UK and internationally.
