The CQC (Care Quality Commission) are inspecting The London Skin and Hair Clinic and would really like to hear what patients think of the care they receive at our clinic.
There are comment card available at the clinic until Thursday 8th March for patients to provide feedback. Alternatively if you would like to talk to a CQC inspector privately and in confidence, please let a member of staff know, or you can contact the CQC directly.

CQC will be attending The London Skin and Hair Clinic on Thursday 8th March. They will be assessing the quality and safety of services including:
- Are they safe?
- Are they effective?
- Are they caring?
- Are they responsive?
- Are they well-led?
The results of the inspection along with the rating award will be published following the site visit.
